Order Processing
We begin processing your order immediately upon receiving payment. In the case of payment via traditional bank transfer, the order processing time will be extended by the time required to confirm the payment.
Order processing times may be longer during promotional campaigns.
Once your entire order is completed, the package will be packed and handed over to the courier company. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier, the type of shipment, and the recipient's address. Usually, it takes up to 7 business days. If you selected delivery to an InPost Parcel Locker, the parcel will be available at your chosen point within a few (usually up to 7) business days from the moment of dispatch. You will receive a shipment confirmation to the email address you provided when placing the order.
